From 1 January 2018, a new service will be offered by SVT Business Unit After Sales:

SVT Hotline for Emergency Cases

Our hotline aims at the users/operators/maintenance teams of SVT / CONNEX / WIESE loading equipment. Should an emergency occur outside SVT office hours, the customer will now be able to contact a SVT employee with technical background. The employee in charge will provide telephone support and will try to solve the actual problem.

Start of service:  1 January 2018
Service time:      Monday to Friday:  5 pm to 7 am
                         Saturday, Sunday / public holiday: 24 hours
